We use Australia Post for all our shipping. You will be charged a flat fee of $15 for shipping and handling in Australia.

All parcels are sent by registered parcel post with the address as just P.O. Box 213, Woollahra NSW 2025. All parcels are sent discreetly and no logos are displayed on parcels.

Returns
All products are checked to make sure they are in perfect working order when they leave The Pleasure Spot. We pride ourselves on having very few faulty goods. However if you purchase a faulty product please contact us within a month of purchase so it can be replaced. If you receive a product and it is not what you imagined and it has not been used, we will provide a replacement or your money back.
